Software for businesses where the work is physical.
Founded by Noah Ciolkosz. One product, one builder, and a short list of principles the product is held to in public.
I built Ciolk OS because the software sold to physical businesses — dentists, body shops, tradespeople, salons, kitchens, clinics — is either a scheduler with a payments bolt-on, or an enterprise suite priced for a chain. Neither starts where the work starts — with someone standing in front of the job, phone in hand, needing a number.
So the product starts there. A photo becomes classed findings with confidence values, the findings become a priced quote, the quote becomes a link the client accepts and pays a deposit on, the deposit becomes a job, the job becomes an invoice that already knows what was paid. Every step produces the thing the next one needs. Every result is sealed so it can be checked later by someone who does not trust me.
That last part is the point. Money software should be built like it handles your money, and it should be honest about what it does not know.
The person who answers your email wrote the code. There is no ticket queue between you and the fix. A bug you report today can be deployed today — the changelog shows the cadence.
The honest other side: there is one of me. Support is answered within one business day, not within minutes, and the roadmap moves one thing at a time.
Sovereign customers get a direct channel — email or phone — that reaches me, with these norms:
- Anything that blocks money moving (a client cannot pay, an invoice will not send): same business day.
- Everything else: within one business day, with a real answer, not an acknowledgement.
- Guided onboarding is a scheduled working session on your real data, not a video.
The principles the product runs on are stated once, in full, on the security page. This is the other side of them — the things that will not be built, however good they look on a growth chart.
- A cancellation you have to ask for. Cancel is a button on your billing page, and access runs to the end of what you paid for. No retention call, no form, no email to send.
- A market for your data. Your records are not sold, shared with other customers, or used to train models. Corrections calibrate your own estimates and nobody else’s.
- An invented number. No testimonials that were not said, no customer counts, no “typical results”. When the data is missing the screen names what would fill it, and this site says “illustrative” when it is.
- A record that can be quietly edited. Every result is sealed and every seal is chained to the day before. That includes edits by me.
- A compliance badge the company does not hold. HIPAA and BAA status is stated in plain text, and it currently says no.
Bring one real job.
A demo runs your photo through the loop. You leave with a real quote either way.
