What Ciolk connects to, labeled by what is true.

Four things are live. Five are planned, and they appear here only because they are already named as planned elsewhere on this site. Nothing is announced on this page first.

  • Stripe

    Live

    Subscriptions, quote deposits, invoice balances.

    Stripe Checkout for the subscription; Stripe's Payment Element on the quote and invoice links. Card data never touches Ciolk servers. Webhooks are signature-verified and idempotent.

  • CSV import

    Live

    Clients in from any system that exports a spreadsheet.

    Column mapping, duplicate detection, and a report of what was created. Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, a shop DMS, or a plain spreadsheet — anything with a CSV export.

  • CSV export

    Live

    Quotes, jobs, invoices and clients out, for your accountant or your next system.

    Every list in the app has an export of what you are looking at. This is the accounting path today: QuickBooks, Xero and every other package import CSV.

  • PDF

    Live

    Quote and invoice PDFs, generated from the sealed version.

    For the client who wants paper, the insurer, or the file. Each carries a verification reference.

  • Twilio

    Live

    Telephony for the phone receptionist, when it is switched on.

    Configured per deployment; the receptionist and text-message sending stay off until the owner enables them. SMS additionally requires carrier registration and recorded opt-in before it can send, so it is off by default.

Accounting

The CSV path

There is no direct accounting sync. What exists is dependable and boring: export the list, import it into the books.

  1. Open Invoices (or Quotes, Jobs, Clients) in the app and choose Export CSV. You get exactly the list you are looking at, with the filters you applied.
  2. Import that file into QuickBooks, Xero, Wave or a spreadsheet. Every column is named plainly; money is in dollars and cents.
  3. Repeat at month end. A full account export — every list plus the sealed records with their hashes — is available on request.
